Dan & Val Kerwin

Hello, we are Dan and Valerie Kerwin. We live the the small town of Wellston. We have been going to Kaleva Bible Church since 2018. We are the head host and hostess, as well as the custodians. Dan serves the church as the sound board operator along with his daughter Katye Broughton. 
Dan grew up from the Grand Rapids area and enjoys fishing, hunting, and doing some handyman projects. He currently works for Sara Lee Frozen Bakeries in Traverse City.

Valerie grew up in the surrounding area of Flint, the city of Linden. She enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

We have four daughters, Heather, Amanda, Carlee, and Katye. In 2018 we lost our daughter Heather to Multiple Sclerosis. Amanda is our second oldest who has had multiple health issues. Always a smile and a laugh at church. Carlee has been off to college at the College of Creative Arts in the Detroit. She has her Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. . Katye is very involved with the church as well serving as doing the PowerPoint on Sunday. Katye works with Sue in the children’s SLAMM group. She has her Associates degree in Social Work.
